I Think This Old MacDonald May Have Wacky Tobacco on His Farm E-I-E-I-O !

54 x 66

It's a top!
It's a top that used a LOT of scraps!
E-I-E-I-O

I think I will have some fun hand quilting this one!

I might have done things a little differently if it hadn't been a mystery quilt along but I think the top is a lot of fun.  I tried some improv blocks, paper-piecing and traditional blocks I hadn't tried before. You never know about some things until you try!  (I still hate paper-piecing).

Your version is just plain wonderful! I agree about the mystery part, but it was a fun adventure (and I'm not a fan of PP either - glad I know how, but never my first or second or even third choice).

It's another fun one! I started making these blocks and I hope to finish mine at some point soon. I don't know if I have all of the block patterns but I am sure I can make it work regardless.

I love your take on this - wacky yes, but it feels like you've gone at it full tilt, so it is full of life. It's great!
